Day 33. House: Knowing Where You are Wanted

Harry knows a lot of things. He knows his family doesn’t love him. He knows he isn’t welcome in his aunt’s house. He knows that he will probably die at his uncle’s hand, but most of all he knows he’s alone.

That changes the moment Hagrid comes bursting through the door. Harry’s doesn’t know anything about this new world, a world where he is valued, perhaps even beyond his own worth.

All he knows is how to be a despised and oft forgotten burden. He doesn’t know how to be the person these wizards want, how to be a Savior.
