Day 53. Realization: World of Denial

Dumbledore had thought he could be with Grindelwald forever. He had thought they were doing something good, something that would help the wizarding world. He was so wrapped up in his love of Grindelwald that the rest of the world did not matter.

 

At least it didn’t matter until he saw one of Grindelwald’s friends torturing a wizard that was thought to have information on the Hallows. It was then that he came to the realization that his lover did not plan the same use of the Hallows as he did. That realization tore his happy world of denial apart.
