Kamerreon's Drabble Challenge -- A drabble a day until my imagination dies... hopefully that won't be soon.

Word Count: 100
He huddles into a miserable ball and watches them lower Cedric into the ground. His only protection from the cold the yellow and black scarf Cedric gave him on their first date. It is the only physical sign he has of Cedric’s love, and he clutches it close as he watches his loves empty shell disappear beneath the earth.
All he wants to do is pay his respects, but it’s the one thing he can’t do. Their world denies the existence of their love and staying in shadows is the only gift he can still give Cedric and Cedric’s family.
